Another 80 sides of Baby Back Ribs smoked and sold! All told in 3 separate cookings we did 235 sides. They’re trying to get up enough funds ($10K) to pour the foundation for their new church. They told I’d that with fundraisers plus donations this will get them to just at 6K. Not to shabby for a small rural church with 25 members.
