Hi Ray. We don't leave until Memorial Day, and our fishing reservation is for the 29th. I hope to catch some red snapper as well as a variety of fish including snook which is also supposedly delicious. I know that some of the restaurants will prepare your catch for your meal and I would like to try that as well. The best part of the trip is taking my son and four grandkids out for the experience.
