I'm definitely praying for those in Florida. That looks like it's going to be nasty and there are people right in the pathway that can't leave. I have friends that may get hit by it. It will be close and a Friend has family members that can't leave due to medical reasons. They are really in a pickle. She is literally flat on her back fresh out of surgery and can't move with two small kids.
I got my transfer switch installed today and picked up the cord to hook up the house. In theory, I'm ready to run. I have an inspector from the state coming by tomorrow to check it out and hopefully sign off on it.
On a high note, I ordered a pocket knife yesterday and got it delivered today. I was pleasantly surprised. That doesn't happen often in rural America. Literally 25 hours after I ordered it it was on my doorstep.
