The Old Hickory ones were pretty decent kitchen blades. I have had a set of Chicago cutlery kitchen knives for about 30 years. Not the best but They have held up for that long and may very well outlive them. I bought some of the Cold Steel kitchen knives when they were on sale for a crazy low price and they are pretty decent. Not as sturdy as the Chgaco knives but way sharper.
