Cooked a rack of St. Louis ribs yesterday in the oven. Took about 3 hours. Not quite as good as smoked but still fall off the bone delicious. At least it’s something I can still do. I made some sweet tea also with lots of ice because I got hot and sweaty watching my wife cut the grass.
