Our new water heater went out early last week. The parts finally came in. You never know how much you miss hot water until you don't have it.
Other than that I drove down to Pocatello and took the runt out for Sushi. Deep-Fried sushi is a thing. The fish is still raw. Not too shabby. Plus I got some shopping done at a wholesale place.
About 8 years ago our hot water tank died on Christmas eve, and we had to shut off water to the whole house because the tank was leaking badly and they didn't have valves on the infeed side of the tank. It was under warranty, but due to the holidays we didn't get it replaced until the second week of January. I was filling up water jugs at my parents house, and every few days we went there for showers
What a time that was lol
