Got my 2nd bag of beans. I’m really likin this whole grind your own beans coffee thing. It DOES make a difference.
Right now, after I grind some beans I’m keeping them in a little 8 ounce glass jar with a baby food type screw on airtight lid. It will hold enough ground beans for 2 or maybe 3 days for me, just about right as Ray says the ground beans start loosing their flavor after about 3-4 days.
