I was introduced to a new (to me) tea the other day. Lipton diet green tea with mixed berry flavors. It’s bottled of course but ain’t half bad. Yeah I know, diet. But being diabetic I gotta watch the carbs. Btw, I’ve (so far), reduced my glucose level from 203 Tuesday to 149 today. But I’m only taking in about 100-120 carbs a day. Don’t know how long I can keep that up. According to a dietician I’m allowed up to 200 a day. BUT, that is what got me up to the 200 blood sugar level out of nowhere.
