Good afternoon Yard. I just returned from the store, having had a nice conversation with the young checkout girl. She noticed my Marine Veteran cap and said that her husband just finished Boot Camp last month and was now in machine-gun training. I told her to be proud of him as a Marine and serving our country when so many other young men don't have the balls ... er... courage to do so. She was very appreciative and thanked me as well.
