Oh and I LOVE her fish cakes! She uses Jack Mackerel.
Open a couple three cans, add an egg or two, some onions, a little flower, salt and pepper and some saltines (but not very many)! Mix well and fry in GREASE until a good golden (or dark golden) brown. Then go founder on them just like I do.
