Think I'm gonna have me a bologna burger. Hamburger with a piece of fried bologna on top along with cheese and maybe mustard.
Is that a skunk invention or a local specialty?
A bar about 25 miles from here has been voted as having the best hamburger in Missouri three years running. It's their bologna burger. I swear that thing has a half pound of beef on it and a piece of fried bologna that is about a 1/4 inch thick topped with mustard and fried onions.
