I got lucky. It was dull when I got it. It may sound like and odd blessing but the only thing I didn't like about the design was the top was sharpened.

Mine is more of a swedge which is perfect for my purposes and the Face and inside the beard are wicked sharp. The swdge allows me to keep my fingers.

I really like it. Mulitfunction with the swedge head as an improvised entry tool.
