You see that video where the Husband sets the wife on fire. It looks to me like he INTENTIONALLY did it. I mean he pushes hand toward her as he lights the lighter!
That's what it looked like to me too. Attempted murder?
Don't know if they could prove that or not, but it does look like he did it on purpose to me.
