Todd those BP numbers are good, mine where off and on elevated until a bump in my med dose. Drs always want to preach, I feel lucky my dr is really easy going.
That's what ticked me off so bad. All my numbers were good. But she still wanted to preach. I don't do the preaching /guilt thing when it comes to my health. I know what works and what doesn't.
