Well I just read a short article on how departments in the St. Louis (including Ferguson) area are loosing officers at an alarming rate. Citing low pay as the reason. Yeah, who would want to deal with the garbage they have been forced to endure for that kind of pay.

BUT hopefully things will get better, but then again I am not gonna hold my breath. And YES,there are problems on BOTH sides.
