It's a dangerous profession, flying. we're lucky my aviation unit hasn't had any injuries, especially with a Search and Rescue mission like ours, people can get really hurt doing some of the stuff we train on. I think the worst thing that's happened to us was a broken FLIR ball. I hope his family can heal from it, though.
