We have a form from the Conservation Dept. Only thing is that THEY have to be the ones the authorize shooting it if it's not dead. They won't let us do it.
I probably went over my pay grade, but the guy was 1/4 mile from his house and there were no state patrol out. So I got his name and address and told him to go ahead. If I got called on it by wildlife I'd vouch for him.
