There are parts of the country where you can drop a wallet and still have it returned with everything inside. It happened here last week. A guy changing a tire beside the interstate found a wallet and brought it to the sheriff's office. Wouldn't even leave his name for a possible reward. And the wallet had nearly $1k in it.
