I can see them banning social sites like fb and youtube, maybe twitter as well. But internet access. You CAN find out a lot to help out in your job using the net. Plus doing email and such to other agencies. I know we have emailed reports and pictures to many other agencies.
We use the internet for a lot of stuff. I can't see them blocking it totally either.
