I looked up the study. They have some pretty dubious rankings when it comes to "freedoms", Communists, socialists and some of the populations with the least personal freedoms ranked well above the U.S. I find it hard to take the "study" seriously. I will agree with the study that we do not enjoy the freedoms we once did and that they have lowered recently.
