Have you watched "Forged in Fire" on the History channel. Re-showing is on right now. 4 knife smiths have three hours to design and forge a knife. One contestant is eliminated after each "Test"
So far I like it. Kinda like Top Chef, but making the knives not cooking with them. I liked their choice of "Final test" for the makers! Totally up our alley right here!
