A guy in our department has an M14 that I've got to shoot a few times, and I really like it. It's a milsurp gun, even still has the full-auto switch on it. No need for that for me, but I like the gun.
It's hard to keep a full-auto rifle like the M-14 on target; it's really not necessary.
