Just watch your carbs (try replacing them with fats, no really) and paying attention to your portion size. For ME the CARBS are actually more important than the portion size (just don't go to far overboard).
Oh and I have started walking a minimum of 30 minutes a day on the treadmill. I am using the 5 to 6 percent grade feature and 2.5 to 3 MPH. Today at the end I shifted up to 3.5 mph for about two minutes with a 4 percent grade. The amount of grade makes a big difference for me. Yeah yeah I know, 30 minutes, big woop. BUT I just started on Tuesday.
