EXACTLY! What I just can't understand is why we can't get "Them" to concentrate on the CAUSE of the incidents instead of the "Reaction". It seems that some folks have all the answers except for how to stop the incidents in the first place.
Start in the HOME, teaching your children manners, moral values and use DISCIPLINE. And Yes I am talking whuppin if necessary.
