Well well, I´m sitting here in Hamburg, it´s around 8 p.m. trying to figure out if I shoud get out there and eat the traditional dish (Lapskaus) - as some of you know I from south Germany (Right - Oktoberfest...just came to an end...) and spending 6 months here with the northern professional firefighters...
