I pray there is NO rioting over the lack of SNAP WIC or other SUPPLEMENTAL payments. But with our permissive society, larger cities may have a problem.
DEPENDOPOTOMUS: Someone who CHOOSES to NOT contribute to their own welfare, but to only suck the life out of those who DO contribute. Kinda like Congress.
