Hey Ray, I just tried my first brew using the Blackout Coffee 1776 dark roast. It IS better than the Dunkin medium roast. So far no acidic your aftertaste.
I used 567-570 grams of water and 27 grams of fresh ground beans. Is that a good ratio or is it to weak?
It would be too weak for me. I use 20 grams of coffee to 200 milliliters of water. BUT all that matters is if it tastes good to you, it is the correct ratio.
