You hillbillies! If your shine had 100th of a point of alcohol less you’d notice it. But you can’t notice that your coffee is weak. I’ve told you the SCA standard many times- 10 grams of ground coffee per 180 ml of water. I use 18 grams per 200 ml of water for my taste preference. Nice to see that you’re finally getting up to speed. But for me I’d use about 50 grams for that much water.
