Hey Ray, I just tried my first brew using the Blackout Coffee 1776 dark roast. It IS better than the Dunkin medium roast. So far no acidic aftertaste.

I used 567-570 grams of water and 27 grams of fresh ground beans. Is that a good ratio or is it to weak?
