I would need a barn or a healthy shed, but that would be more than enough for my wife and I.

That was the size of our first home and it was perfect for us.


I am hoping this will be my forever home retirement is only 10 years away and I have a lot of fixing to do between now and then so a small cheap house is just the ticket I think. LOl
