The NFA IS DEAD! Well at least parts of it. You should now be able to buy an SBR, SBS, SUPPRESSOR or an AOW and ONLY needing to fill to fill out a 4473. Plus I read on X where Trump has directed the DOJ to not appeal this ruling.

This is at least for now only for the parties listed in the lawsuit.
