Apparently I was incorrect. The clouds kept rolling to the Northeast and we got to see it, but not the Full scene. We got back outside about 20 after 10. At 10pm there wasn't even a glow in the sky, no stars, just solid cloud cover. The neighbor lady called and said it was out. When we got out from under the tree blocking our view you could begin to see the slightest sliver of white coming on. Still it was impressive. I think Patty said this won't repeat for another 30 years, so this is the last time Patty and I will be able to see it I am sure. I don't figure I'll be reaching my 90's.
