We got our first snow of the season. LOL, Not for long and not much. But still snow. We have had almost 2 inches of rain since Sunday morning with more to come today. I'm thankful because it means I don't have to soak my trees and shrub roots for the fall/winter.
I'm happy to see the NFA direction but the legislature needs to modify the law to reflect current case law and policy. Otherwise it's got the potential for big problems if/when a less firearms friendly administration changes their policy. You could be forced to prove you were covered by the original case in the 5th circuit.
