It's real, but I bought it second hand as a user. They were available in OD green, tan, black and ATACS camo pattern and were limited availability. I knew the camo had to be dipped, but I was surprised to find that the OD and tan ones were as well. It eliminates almost all the grippiness from the G10, it might as well just be smooth FRN.

The knife is built on the CQC-10 handle with a kind of recurved Persian blade shape. I bought it because it's a unique Emerson. Oh well, I'll just live with my purchase.

I have a lot of requirements in folders, and the CQC-10 and Endeavor are the only Emerson's that meet those requirements. Maybe I'll try an Endeavor in the future.
