An update, kind of, to my favorite folder. I have upgraded mine a bit. I purchased a Kershaw JYDII Ti/SG2 blem. I then swapped the hollow ground Sg2/410 laminated blade for the 14C28N/CPM-D2 composite blade from the 1625CB. It now has the super titanium scales but with the full flat ground CPM-D2 blade. It is not quite as smooth yet as the 1625CB was in its original arrangement but it opens nicely, I think the titanium frame lock adds a bit more resistance to the blade pivoting. It really is pretty unbelievably tight.
