I have two Kershaws and only one Spyderco. I think the Spyderco is a bit more precision made with a little better steel, but the Keshaws with the 12c27 seem to cut well and seem rugged. I like my Benchmade Dejavoo best so far. Magnum problably has more to compare. I think Kershaws are pretty darned good for the money.
