Mediterranean Hummus

Ingredients

2 cans (16 oz. ea.) chick peas or garbanzos beans, rinsed and drained
1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
2/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted (optional)

Directions

Process all ingredients until almost smooth in food processor or blender. Serve, if desired, with pita bread cut into wedges.
