Groin, armpit, neck and slashes to muscles during blocks.
Sounds like they are concentrating on the right areas. The back of the knee and the back of the upper leg (thigh) are also good targets if you find yourself in position to attack those areas. Then of course that would also open up the kidneys to an attack.
