Well Randy, the doctor said that I actually have a couple of things going on with my hand. The locking finger is referred to as "trigger finger", resulting from inflammation, and arthritis. He gave me a cortisone shot at the base of my finger (OUCH! ) as a first step. If that hasn't helped in six weeks, surgery may follow.
I received a new bottle of higher dose thyroid pills in the mail, and have another follow up visit the end of next month.
A bit of good news is that my one dog does NOT have a cancerous tumor in his mouth, but the surgery to remove the built up tissue growth will cost me the equivalent of a couple of Busse knives.
Good to hear your finger MIGHT not be all that bad. Hopefully this new medicine will be "Just the Ticket" for you
VERY sorry to hear about your dog, but sometimes they can and do become just like our children.
