No doctor's note. With the new scanners, I have no issues. Some airports are still running old school metal detectors, and I set most of them off. Then, I get the extra privilege of a good pat down from your friendly TSA worker and they wave the wand all over me. Some even ask if they can feel the implants. I let them.

I always ask what an average tip is when they are down the crotch pat down part. Makes them as uncomfortable as me. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

I get lots of "WTF" looks when I am in uniform getting pulled to the side for a pat down.
