I would get that uphill stuff in writing. maybe emails or something. don't think it should be that hard.

if somebody told me they couldnt run a good signal through a shielded cable up a 60 yard slope i'd laugh. they'd need to prove it somehow to me. they already proved that "out of the area" is bs.

but you guys have probably seen my rants on customer service. gets pretty old to hear people saying they can't do a job they take money to not do. but it happens to often...
