Massive amounts of vitamin C helps also. But this is an influenza caused by a H3N2 virus (or similar) and I couldn´t do anything that would´ve prvented it. I had medicine made for this virus so I´m feeling better now. Not well, but better. My highest body temperature (measured) was 39,5 C and like I said before even my bones hurt.
