Fabio, S30v is a tough steel to sharpen. I have trouble sharpening it as well. The good thing is that it holds an edge forever. Just be patient, it will sharpen up with enough strokes on the stone.

... is true, but I have some mini manix and manix 95 with s30v very sharp but my Para I think it have some problem. There are some problem with spyderco s30v.
