Yeah you can find a lot of food types, noodles and veggies at one of those kind of stores. Also a lot of different types of meat. I love a Philippine sausage I THINK is called tus e no (not sure how to spell it)but maybe that will give you the name. It is a sort of sweet tasting sausage. Also If you've never tried it, give Banana ketchup a try. No, NO bananas in it just what it's called. Oh also you can put a bunch of sugar in a large bowl (and historically color it with red food color) then pack it full of pork steaks/chops and let it set in the sugar for a couple days to absorb the sugar then fry it. My first wife always just used some water to fry it in. Comes out black and hard as a rock but tears real easy.
