case was decided in favor of the buyer! eBay's claim service is automated and found out through a bit of searching that cases go to the person who files them. and so do the appeals... and this piece of garbage took advantage of this and probably has and will continue to do so. I'm jpretty discussed right now! one of those times where it stopped being about the money and being about the right and wrong. this "____" abused a privialage and it's pretty sad to have to see the maggot getting over.
I will go out of my way to do right by others. I almost want to appeal and continue but eBay knows that it's not worth the time or money to deal with clowns like this. they automated the service to avoid paying to serve idiots just like this guy. it's time to cut my losses with this "___" and let this case be.
and the moral to this story... idiots don't mind wasting others time or money being idiots. don't get suckered in thinking it's anything but an idiot doing what idiots do...
