Do you mean a scandi grind, or his convex / scandi? I agree...ideally I would love to have a hiking buddy that's 1/8 with his convex / scandi grind. What a SLICER that little sucker would be!

4. I have a feeling the Terrasaur may be too big for me...but I love the black on black / orange stripe config so I snagged it. My goal is to just touch / feel the different knives. I had a bushcrafter, and it wasn't for me. Finally scored a Bushfinger yesterday!! Really excited to play with that.

I think ultimately...I want a matching set consisting of a shorter blade (Hiking Buddy?), a deep bushcrafter (Bushfinger), a shallow bushcrafter (Arete?), and a maybe a longer / slim blade (Recluse / Terrasaur?).
