We're working with 4 tonight instead of our usual 8, and it's been a hectic night. We lost one to a transfer, one is in school this week, one quit and the last one is on vacation. Makes for an interesting night.
Sounds just like ours. Itīs not fun to hope in the beginning of your every shift that nothing serious happens. Some day the SHTF for real and what then? THEY blame us for being incapable and we are jus trying to survive? I wouldnīt want to be in that situation.
