How true, at least in my case.
Back in '89 or '90 I bought a 125ft X 150ft lot on a lake in Tennessee, about 35 miles North of Knoxville. Paid $6000.00 for it. Sold it in '97 for $33k! Wish I had of bought the other three now. But you know what they say about hindsight.
