I am on a low carb diet. With the knee fixed I am back to regular works outs. I cut out everything I drink except water. I drink a bunch of water 100 + ounces a day The weight loss has been pretty quick and I have been very strict on the diet. I will cheat on Friday and Saturday but then right back on the wagon Sunday.
