Show her this recipe, not EXACTLY the way we make it but I can't our recipe!

Cheddar Broccoli cornbread.

Ingredients:

2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix, or similar
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 sticks melted butter or margarine (6 ounces)
1 pkg. (10 oz) chopped broccoli, thawed and drained ** Use FLORETS ONLY!
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup cottage cheese
8oz of Shredded Cheddar cheese

And don't worry, it is supposed to be moist when it is done. And MAN is it good!

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients and pour into greased 9- X 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes, or until lightly browned.


Oh and I need to say, we DO NOT thaw the Broccoli and we DO chop it up in a food processor.
